My name is Emma
Im a qualified interior designer by education and experience based in North Yorkshire.
I embrace each client with a collaborative approach, creating personal meaningful and harmonious interiors in which you can relax, recharge and find solace within the beauty of simplicity and tranquility.
What I Offer
A frequent perception that interior designers simply add finishing touches at the end of a project is a common misconception. While adding finishing touches is indeed part of the job, a good interior designer's role encompasses much more.
From spatial planning and furniture layouts to specifying fixtures and fittings, i will be collaborating with you from the initial concepts right through to the completion, ensuring that every aspect of the design embraces your vision.

The Process

Getting to know you
Firstly and most importantly i get to know you, your lifestyle, your tastes and how you want your space to work.
This will work towards applying your initial design desires into the space. In order to refine the project goals, we will start to explore appropriate layout, product or material solutions.

Design Development
This phase identifies what design path we are wanting to go down, but all of the finer details are still to be determined. Together, we will be refining solutions and gathering more information on items specific to the design.
After refining and nailing down and any loose ends, i can produce your design document.

Construction & Installation
Now the exciting part!
Once you have your chosen contractors in place, we can begin to bring the design to life.
I will be coordinating with your contractors, to ensure we keep to schedule, address any issues raised and quality standards are being produced.
